The perfect base for skiing, hiking, fishing, floating the river, and relaxing with peaceful mountain vibes. Recently refreshed with brand-new appliances, this peaceful basecamp blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Whether you're here for a family vacation, ski weekend, hiking adventure, or simply to unwind, you'll enjoy a spacious sun-filled yard with stunning mountain views, relaxing in the covered hot tub in the fresh air, or gathering around the fire pit after a day on the trails. Just over an hour from Seattle and only 20 minutes from Stevens Pass, you're perfectly positioned for year-round adventure. 🛏️ The Space Our retreat offers plenty of room for groups or families: Main House: 4 bedrooms total: (5th bedroom in the detached bunkhouse!) 3 rooms with queen beds 1 room with a full-over-full bunk bed Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (installed February 2026) and bar seating Large living room with comfy futon that folds flat into a full bed for additional sleeping space Full bathroom downstairs + laundry area Cozy propane stove with automatic thermostat for chilly nights, and individual zoned heating for every area of the home. Mitsubishi AC mini-split downstairs, and plenty of fans for the upstairs. Bunkhouse: 1 separate 5th bedroom just steps from the main house Full-size futon bed, 65 inch TV, desk and extra seating. Fan and heater included for all year long comfort! (No bathroom in bunkhouse though!) Extras include: Private covered hot tub with bar top seating Outdoor fire pit area (firewood available on request) Large yard with room to play, relax, or stargaze Easy access to the Skykomish River and nearby trailheads

House Rules

🛏️ General House Rules - No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed. (service animals okay!) - Quiet hours after 10pm — please be mindful of neighbors. - No shoes on carpeted areas. - No parties or events. - No unregistered guests without prior approval. - Return furniture and all items to original place before leaving. - Limit excessive water usage, space out showers in large groups, use lowest water setting for laundry to avoid overloading the septic system. 🏔️ Outdoor Rules - 🔥 Firepit must be attended at all times and fully extinguished after use. - Firewood bundles may be provided by the host, please contact your host ahead of time. Check for burn bans before using the fire pit. - Stay within the fence line — neighbor yards are private. - Leave skis/snowboards and wet gear outside the front door. Do not hang wet towels or clothes on furniture or cabinets. - Use only plastic drinkware near the hot tub (plenty available in the kitchen) ♨️ Hot Tub Rules - Max 6 guests in the tub at once. - Rinse feet before entry. - No food or glass in or near the hot tub. - Keep cover on when not in use. Follow posted instructions for opening/closing. - Use designated beach towels for hot tub use — not bath towels. 🧼 Respect the Space Please treat our home with care and leave it in good condition. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. House rule violations will result in additional fees in accordance with type of violation. Occupancy violations (bringing unauthorized guests) constitute up to a $500 fee, to be lessened or waived at owners discretion.

Perfect vacation home for hiking, cold plunging, and relaxation. I rented this home with 10 moms for our annual retreat. We hiked Greider lake on the drive up and Lake Serene on the way home. (Lake Serene + Bridal Veil Falls hike is only 11 mins from the house!) The house is close to the river, where we cold plunged. The house had plenty of room to accommodate our group. A large open kitchen, large dining table for eating, puzzles and games. Loved the decor, comfy beds and newly renovated showers. And especially enjoyed the hot tub after our hike. I would recommend staying here and would love to come back with my family and hike Heybrook Lookout (6 mins away) and Wallace Falls (22 mins away). Both kid friendly hikes!

Best AirBnB experience! Jon was a great host and responded quickly with any questions I had. Loved the property so much! Plenty of blankets, linens, towels, dishes, and kitchen supplies. All of the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! Could not have had a better time :)

What you see is what you get. The photos are accurate. Of particular note was the hot tub, which was very well set up in that it has a pergola that shelters it from rain, with a bar where people who are not in the hot tub can sit around the outside. And plenty of ways to keep the house warm….There were multiple heating options.

Had a wonderful time at the property. It was very peaceful and beautiful. Easy access to the river and close drive to Steven’s Pass for our friends ski trip. Jon was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our needs. There were a lot of entertainment options available. Would love to stay here again.
